Join us for our General Meeting and Appreciation Luncheon March 1, 2020 at Speiserkammer Restaurant in Alameda , featuring acclaimed chef in Europe and San Francisco Peter Kahl. At this special luncheon we will experience food from Germany and the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Be a part of helping us plan Swiss events by attending our general meeting at 10:30 am, then stay or join us at 12:30 pm for lunch.

Jägerschnitzel – Sauteed Pork loin in Mushroom Sauce served with Spätzle

Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein – Two Pork Cutlets, breaded & pan-fried served with roasted potatoes

Sauerbraten – Braised Beef Tri-Tip, aged & marinated in Red Wine and Secret Spices, served with Red Cabbage & Spätzle

Gebratener Lachs – Sauteed Salmon with Cucumber Dill Sour Cream Sauce served with Mashed Potatoes and Spinach

Gemuse Strudel – Strudel stuffed with Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper, Spinach and served over Carrot Sauce

Dessert – Apple Strudel with Whipped Cream and Vanilla Ice Cream
