The Swiss Cultural Committee would like to invite you and your clubs
members to an author reading by best-selling Swiss author Milena Moser and an art exhibition by her partner Victor Mario Zaballa.
Milena Moser will read from two of her latest books – one in German (Das schöne Leben der Toten – Vom unbeschwerten Umgang mit dem Ende, 2019) and one in English (Fool’s Journey, 2016).
Both books are very personal. In Das schöne Leben der Toten, Milena Moser, together with her partner and artist Victor-Mario Zaballa, who has been dealing with several health issues, explores the different ways of dealing with death in both the Western and Mexican cultures.
In a Fool´s Journey, the author describes how she found happiness again after a painful divorce.
Victor-Mario Zaballa will exhibit his popular Calavera-Portraits (skulls) in different formats and techniques, some of which have also been printed in the book Das schöne Leben der Toten.
