PSC Family Barbecue and Semiannual Meeting

Date: Sunday, June 7
Time: Noon – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Lower Stevens Creek County Park, Villa Maria Picnic Area (Before the Reservoir on Stevens Creek Rd)

Family Lunch:

We will have BBQ’d meat and sausages with salads and fresh bread.
Semiannual Meeting:
• Approval of Nov. 2019 General Meeting Minutes
• Approval of Financial Statement FY 2019
• Reports by Committee Chairpersons

Please bring a dessert to share, thank you!

Do not forget to pay for parking at the entrance of the park. (The pay machine only accepts credit cards.)
Bring a pop-up canopy if you have one to provide some shade.
Parents are expected to supervise their children at all times. We will be in an area containing poison oak.
Your reservation is requested by May 31 to allow us adequate time for preparation.
